That said, there are a couple of small things that keep this from being a full 5-star product: 1. Texture and mixing – Even when stirred thoroughly, the powder tends to thicken quickly and can become a bit gelatinous if you don’t drink it immediately. It's not awful, but the texture might be off-putting for some, especially if you're new to fiber drinks. 2. Taste – I tried the orange flavor, which is decent and not too sweet, but there is still a slightly artificial aftertaste. It’s manageable, especially if mixed with cold water, but not exactly enjoyable. 3.
