The rear subframe mount reinforcement for the BMW E46 has been developed by RS-Ultimate with a focus on precise fitment to the original mounts and floor pressings.
The reinforcement components can be welded without additional modifications to the chassis or the rear subframe itself. They feature numerous and varied bends as well as a large contact surface, allowing them to withstand significantly higher loads. Their unique shape ensures a precise fit to the floor pressings, while the gaps formed after bending allow for secure welding of the reinforcements to the floor.
The components feature multiple perforations, which enable, among other things, connections at the factory spot welding points of the chassis elements.
This product is designed for vehicles that, due to aging, require repair or reconstruction of the original mount. Additionally, the reinforcement is also used for tuning purposes to prevent damage during intensive use, whether for sporty driving or competitions such as Drift, KJS, 1/4 mile, Time Attack, etc.
The components have been manufactured using CNC numerical machines, ensuring the highest quality and production consistency. Additionally, they have been protected with an anti-corrosion wax coating.
