This EGR Cooler kit includes one horizontal and one vertical EGR cooler. This EGR Cooler is a 100% new unit, not remanufactured. The cooler utilizes a thicker wall to extend life and resist failure. The unit is TIG welded and pressure tested at the factory. This kit includes all hardware needed for the removal and replacement of the EGR cooler for a hassle free installation. aFe simplifies the buying experience by not requiring a core charge nor a core exchange fee. New Construction: aFe EGR coolers are constructed from new stainless steel components. All connections are welded, not brazed, for reliability. Direct-Flow Design: Thicker wall tubes resist clogging, resulting in extended life of the cooler. The heat exchanger tube wall thickness is more than twice as thick as the OE unit. Don't waste your time. They'll just deny claim
Not a very reliable form of insurance. I had to file a claim on a 2 month old bedframe and they gave me the run around until I contacted Amazon.

No hassle to file and get a claim resolved.
I have to say, I expected a lot of hoops to jump through. Companies are all very eager to take your money, but when it comes time to pay out, in this case (Product Insurance) quite often it is a different story. But to my surprise that is not the case with Asurion. I submited my claim, and a few days latter I received my check. At 77 and retired from the computer field i have seen alot of things with companies that do not care about customer service and satisfaction. But when you make a purchase from Amazon with their 30 day return policy and Asurion insurance. You can't beat it.
