The Human FABP9 (Fatty Acid Binding Protein 9, Testis) ELISA Kit measures FABP9 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti FABP9/T-FABP antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with FABP9/T-FABP bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of FABP9/T-FABP in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Smells heavenly!
- I could smell it immediately as soon as I pulled it out of the package; it smells so good! Really fresh. I think it’s the rosemary and eucalyptus oils in it maybe? - It has both a manufacturing date and an expiration date printed on the package - It has a really interesting texture (up close picture included). - It does produce a lot of lather, although it’s not a sticky lather like the listing photos show. You can absolutely tell that there are several different types of oils in the ingredients, as your skin feels very nice and moisturized after use. I’ve only been using the bar for a few days but I am a bit leery due to the number of oils in the ingredients that it may clog my pores. Nothing so far though! - Since it does create such a good lather, I can see how this bar would last you a long time. - The price is pretty in line with other snail mucin cleansers and given the ingredients I think this is a quality product so I think it’s worth giving a try!
