Plus, unlike traditional roof rack channels, the BASE Rack dovetail extrusion won't collect dust and debris. This works wonders for our baby’s eczema! He had several rough patches on his arms, legs and cheeks and so far everything has cleared up except his arms, they will occasionally flare up but the cream helps soothe and reduce redness within a couple hours. It’s also a nice hand lotion for me, lol
