As you imagine yourself as the serene circle above this bridge, you can transcend the idea of here or there and experience being in the present moment.

In this living instant such awareness can bring you to a place of Stillness, where your senses are alert but not striving. In this place your consciousness is observing what is around you without the need for effort.

Stillness allows us the opportunity to release unnecessary stress and tune in to the quiet within. It can take time for the chatter of the world to fall away, but if you give yourself the space to be still, you can find peace.
