HOW TO USE
Apply No.0 to dry hair in small sections. Saturate from root to tip. Hair should be damp, not drenched. Leave on hair for 10 minute. Do not rinse.
Apply a generous amount pf No.3 Hair Perfector to saturated hair and wait for 10 minutes. Rinse, shampoo, and condition as usual.
