We were both horribly disappointed. Upon opening the balm a huge portion was smashed up into the lid. This is defeating the purpose of a lip balm. Also the texture is weird. It is crumbly and not able to spread easily. I hope this is a one off and not a tallow balm norm.

I applied it again that night after my shower and right before bed because it was really red underneath there. That was on a Monday, by Wednesday the redness was gone and so were the scratches!
