Probiotics influence emotional well-being in a variety of ways, including modulating inflammation that can affect brain function, and through effects on brain chemicals such as serotonin.

This convenient one-a-day formula provides a guaranteed minimum of 3 billion colony forming units (cfu) of two proprietary probiotic strains recognized for their ability to reduce stress, moderate general feelings of anxiety, and promote healthy mood balance. These strains are shelf stable and resistant to gastric acid, meaning that they survive to reach the intestine intact, can be taken without food, and do not require refrigeration.

Not shiny either and definitely does not give you a wet look out of the shower. If you see that kind of review, the guy most likely has greasy hair, is using cheap conditioner, or perhaps applied too much. Don’t over use this product in your application, you get the best out it.
