The de Buyer Kobra Mandoline has a micro-serrated V-shaped blade (made in Thiers) that slices any kind of fruit and vegetable, even the ripest, and preserves texture. Its new "Click Express" system has a new thickness adjustment system that quickly, safely and efficiently cuts extra-fine slices from 0.2 mm to 5 mm. (space of 0.2 mm).
