Ingredients:

• Red Raspberry Leaf**
• Nettle Leaf*
• Alfalfa**
• Oat Straw*
• Dandelion Leaf*
• Rosehip*
• Spearmint Leaf* 

*Certified Organic  **Biodynamic Soil Regeneration Pesticide Free

Preparation:
Use 1/2 Tablespoons per 8 oz hot water. Steep covered for 10 minutes. 

Long Infusion: Use 3-4 tablespoons per quart of hot water. Steep covered for 4 hours on the counter for a mineral-rich infusion. Strain and sip. 

Seasonal Note:
Traditionally enjoyed in the third trimester, and can be appreciated at other times when extra nourishment is desired.  Some women find these herbs helpful in the weeks before menstruation, during postpartum recovery, or as a part of a nutrient focused routine in perimenopause.  Not recommended in early pregnancy unless under the guidance of a healthcare provider.
