The Rabbit CNTNAP1 (Contactin Associated Protein 1) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rabbit CNTNAP1. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rabbit CNTNAP1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rabbit CNTNAP1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rabbit CNTNAP1. You can calculate the concentration of Rabbit CNTNAP1 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Nice Stylish Midweight Jacket

I ordered this jacket because I wanted something with a little my style to wear out to dressy casual occasions. This jacket fits the bill. It looks nice in that it's got a casual laid back feel but at the same time you could wear over a collared shirt and it would look good. I am 5'10" and about 165 lbs. I normally wear somewhere between a medium and large depending on the brand. I ordered a medium and it fit well. The arms and body were both the right length, not too short like some other jackets. The reason I took 1 star off was because this is advertised as a winter puffer jacket and I wouldn't really call it that. It is a mid weight jacket that can get you by in southern winters but anything really cold I wouldn't wear this. Plus it's not a "puffer" jacket. It just has a minimal quilted feel to it but most of it is just a polyester glossy sweatshirt feel.
