Hand wash cold, line dry in shade. Spot clean the blouse or dry clean when necessary. Plant-dyed hues age with time, as all things in nature do.
Natural variations in colour and weave are part of the textile.
When the colour of the saree fades over years of wear, re-ceremonial will renew it.
