What I wasn’t so happy about is the fairly minimal amount of Omega-3’s in each capsule (thus the smaller size). My bad - I should have looked at the label more carefully before ordering. I guess a person could take 3 or 4 a day to up the dosage, but that wouldn’t seem to be very cost effective.
