The Human BRN2 (Brain-specific homeobox/POU domain protein 2) ELISA Kit measures BRN2 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti BRN2 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with BRN2 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of BRN2 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Miracle in a bottle!
This was a lifesaver, I got badly burnt just walking for several miles one day. It was only in the 80's, not 100 degree's but still hot. Where I live there is a poor air quality, too. I was red as a lobster! It was painful and then i saw this. Read the reviews and hoped it would help. Did it ever! It not only helped sooth my skin, calm it down, it dramatically reduced the redness in just a few days! I should have saved the photo's of the before a several days after, but I deleted them. By the fourth day of applying this cream, they were gone and my skin went from being deep red to pink. What is even more awesome is this moisturized my skin! I have sensitive skin and this did not irritate it. So that was a plus! My only issue was it's a little tacky, sticky after you apply it. So don't apply right before bed, unless you want to be stuck to your sheets. If you're in dire need of relief and to reduce the redness, this is what you want, it is a miracle in a bottle!
