Built for buffet lines and serving stations, this insulated three-well drop-in keeps hot foods at safe serving temperatures with separate infinite controls for each well.
- Three insulated wells hold up to three 12" x 20" full-size pans for multi-item service.
- Wet operation only helps deliver even heat; water is required for proper holding performance.
- Individual infinite controls and power indicator lights let you manage each well separately.
- Cord-and-plug design simplifies installation and eliminates hard-wiring.
- Stainless steel construction, a drip-free flange, and included mounting clips support clean drop-in installation.
- Accepts full-size and fractional pans up to 6" deep; adapter bars are recommended for fractional pans.
