This model is delivered as a pack, unassembled and PREPAINTED.


Every model is cut from one or more panels of HDF (high-density fiberboard) of 3mm and/or 1,5mm thickness.

WW2 series scenery might prove demanding to assemble, dry fit parts before applying the glue to avoid mistakes. PVA (white) glue is recommended.

Attention: Before taking the elements out make sure they are fully cut. There are minor connections that prevent them from falling out. Parts are secured with a layer of protection paper, please remove it gently before assembly. Tiny paint chips may occur when removing the protective layer, if it happens so, use color marker or hobby paint to mask them.

There are plenty of mounting holes to choose from, so it is easy to screw it directly into a stud, or to just use holes that are convenient for you. It comes with a plethora of mounting hardware. I mounted mine a bit high up and chose to mount it upside down so that I wouldn't see the three screws that hold the shelf to the mounting bracket.

Yes, one of the tubes had the top cap installed at the wrong end (& getting it off required tools), and yes, stretching the fabric to get the screws in was incredibly hard...but am I buying another one? It won't filter light all that great and even though it stands on its own, it can be blown over easily - but for the price? Excellent. If I wanted a heavy duty, thicker, more expensive one, I would've bought one. The 2nd one is on the way. Perfect height, no weird smell, nice and light and easy to move around.
