Oscar Kastner is from Tulsa, Oklahoma, and is passionate in his study of science and Christianity. He and his wife, Dorothy, raised four sons. He has been associated with the Tulsa affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness for twenty-five years and has also served with Prison Fellowship, The Stephen Ministry, and Evangelism Explosion.
