This solid maple wood solitaire game with dark stain is proudly made in the USA! It is sure to delight and amuse the soul for hours of play! When not in use, the stunning game will also serve as a beautiful focal point in any room. The glass marbles are an elegant compliment to the dark board that measures 12 inches in diameter. The goal of this classic Marble Solitaire strategy game is to remove all but one marble, by "jumping" one marble over another, either horizontally or vertically. Legend says that Solitaire was invented to entertain Louis XIV, "The Sun King" who ruled from 1643 to 1715. A French engraving dating from 1697 shows Princess de Soubise playing the game of solitaire. This humble game of strategy has challenged and stumped mathematicians, royalty, and the run of the mill game-players for centuries. It's no wonder that Solitaire has captivated so many throughout the years. One could spend an entire morning (afternoon and evening) trying to win at this game. Marble solitaire game for one player. Solid maple wood board with dark stain measures 12 inches in diameter. Beautifully patterned, striped glass marbles measure .866 inches in diameter. 33 designer marbles included. Keeps great time
This is actually prettier than I thought it would be and I am tough on everything I wear. Never know what the day will entail, so when I clean it at the end of the day, it’s pretty shine comes right back.
I’m pleased with it.

Very hard to see the HANDS, but pretty
Very pretty and I didn't have to remove links. Hard to see the hands unless you angle it in the light. I'm not sure if I'll keep it. I'll give it some time ..lol and see how it goes before Amazon's 30 day policy.

just makes it around my large wrist - but very pretty
If you also have a large wrist like I do, well ... try it out. Bought it to look delicate and pretty at my son's wedding, to match color of gown. Which it does.
Side note: the hands are cobalt blue, for some reason! But you'd have to look up close to discover that. It doesn't take away from the overall look I wanted.
Edit: !@#$@! - it BROKE halfway through the wedding! During the dancing, I discovered it on the floor.
Downgrading this to one star, of course.

DIdn't Work
When I got the watch, it wasn't running, so I took it to a local jewelry store and had the battery replaced, which cost another $20+ and it still wouldn't run.
