The IQ features a high-quality ceramic oven, it’s a decent size and offers all-round conduction heating, when you do pack it, make sure that you grind your herb finely and pack it in well. Grinding your herb increases  its overall surface area, allowing the conduction heating to act upon more of your herb, generating a more potent and tasty vapor. To ensure that you can enjoy the most delicious of hits the IQ’s vapor airpath and mouth piece are made from ceramic zirconia, this material is incredibly tough and won’t be breaking from thermal shock! On top of all this the airpath is removable for easy cleaning and easy packing!

The IQ features bluetooth connectivity and can link up to a smartphone app that us available on iOS and Android. This app opens up your vape to a whole new level of functionality. The temperature control of the DaVinci IQ is split over two settings; precision mode, and the smart path. The precision mode allows you to manually adjust the heat level of your vaporizer to a setting that suits your preferences. The Smart Path mode allows you to choose one of four settings. You can customise each preset and each lasts 10 minutes. Within this 10 minute window you can set your Iq to go through a whole array of presets, you can choose temperature increase, decreases, whatever you need for the ideal vaping experience.

If the preset you have selected isn’t doing the trick then at any point during your session you can choose to select boost mode, a setting that gives your vape a little bit of an extra kick. The temperature will continue to increase until you release the control button.
