- Full-height pass-thru design with solid front and rear doors for loading and access from either side.
- Holds up to 35 full-size 18" x 26" pans on lip-load slides with fixed slide centers.
- Top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer make temperature checks and adjustments easy.
- Adjustable thermostat ranges from 70°F to 200°F for flexible hot holding.
- Ducted heating system helps distribute heat evenly; the floor duct can hold a water pan for added humidity.
- 304 stainless steel construction and insulation support durability and temperature retention.
- 5" casters, including 2 with brakes, make the cabinet easy to move and secure in place.
