Washington DC's Loving Paupers formed in 2015, featuring a talented cast of established and diverse regional musicians, including current and former members of third wave ska legends The Pietasters and The Smooths. Make no mistake, The Loving Paupers are a reggae/dub outfit, but their music is heavily influenced by the likes of The Beatles, Kinks, Zombies, The Supremes, to the late Gregory Issacs, Sugar Minott, and Dennis Brown. Featuring powerhouse lead vocalist Kelly Di Filippo, whose emotive style brings immediate comparisons to Chan Marshall (Cat Power), Jane Birkin, Kate Bush and even Joni Mitchell, in modern reggae circles the band is likened to recent output by Hollie Cook, The Frightnrs, and The Skints. The Loving Paupers recorded their debut EP in 2016, working alongside Grammy Award winning Brazilian producer Victor Rice, and since have received rave reviews for performances at various festivals, to venues such as DC's 9:30 Club. "Lines" is the band's debut full length album - ten melancholic songs that touch upon heartbreak and emotional dissidence, moody melodies enhanced once again by Victor Rice's loving touch. JUST BUY IT!!! Finally found what I was looking for
This is the first time I have ever written a review - THATS how good this product is!!
It smells like vanilla bean ice cream, it is so deliciously sweet and fragrant. I have been searching for something that leaves a strong yet natural scent on the skin and this is it.
It makes me feel like a sweet and soft ethereal fairy princess and is so so so moisturizing on the skin. My bf loves it and has pointed out multiple times how soft my skin is just from a few uses
I use it right out of the shower while my skin is still a bit wet. It is lightweight enough where it dries quickly enough for me to put my pajamas on without greasy-ness. I'm at work the morning after and can still lightly smell it on myself

Light, Hydrating, and Non-Greasy — Perfect Everyday Body Oil
I purchased this body oil a little over a week ago, and overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about the product itself. The only complaint I have is with the packaging. When my order arrived, some of the oil had leaked in the box. The bottle doesn’t come with a separate cap—just a twist/lock feature that can easily come loose. Because of that, it must have unlocked during transit, causing a small amount of product loss. Luckily, it wasn’t bad enough for me to feel the need to return it.
As for the oil itself—it’s lovely. The scent is light and pleasant, nothing overpowering. While I don’t pick up a strong vanilla note once it’s on my skin, it has a smooth texture that absorbs quickly without leaving any greasy residue. It’s very hydrating, and the bottle size feels generous for the price.
If you’re looking for something heavily fragranced, this might not be the one for you, but it’s perfect as a layering oil or for anyone who wants a subtle, nourishing glow. Highly recommend!

Just Buy It
This smells AMAZING! The body butter smells amazing too but the oil smells so much like the Vanilla Amber Sand+Fog oil perfume. I’m so glad I have all three and went ahead and picked up some Vanilla body wash. My kids said I smelled like a bakery all day. I couldn’t stop sniffing my arm and clothes the scent sticks and such a wonderful combination to my perfumes that has vanilla notes. Also, makes your skin feel awesome after a shower. It’s not so greasy after application and gives your skin a beautiful glow in the light. BUY IT!

Works great for myself & hub! I bought them mostly for him because his feet are wrecked, but it’s a 6 pack, so yay me. The cushiony heel was a bonus I didn’t expect, so nice + comfortable to sleep in- usually hate sleeping in socks but since your toes are free, these do not bug at all. Definitely get these
