Specification
Engineered specifically for the RATIONAL iCombi Pro 10-grid oven (10-1/1)
Open-void underside — full service access without lifting or removing the oven
Accommodates a grease trap directly beneath the oven — useful where kitchen floor space won't allow a separate trap location.
Four castors for full mobility — roll the unit out for cleaning, servicing or kitchen reconfiguration
Two front castors lock — secures the oven in position during service
Welded steel construction, finished to commercial kitchen standard
Made to order by R-TEC's in-house fabrication team
Why it matters
Standard stands trap the oven in place. Every service visit means working in a fixed footprint, often with the cook line shut down around it. This stand removes both problems — the oven rolls out, the underside is exposed, one engineer completes the visit. The locks hold it steady when it needs to stay still.
