相比平常的657版本，這款酒口感更飽滿、層次更豐富。同時依然保留了類似洋梨和青蘋果的清新香氣，帶有透明感之餘，也多了一點複雜度，風格依舊很有「風之森」的特色。
未來秋津穗657的規格不會改變。這次只是相差5%精米步合的試驗版本，推薦可以和原版一起試飲，感受當中的細微差別。
