While most of McCombs albums have been pieced together in different studios over an extended period of time, Tip of the Sphere was recorded quickly and with a strong sense of purpose at Shahzad Ismaily's Figure 8 Studios in Brooklyn. This new approach for McCombs brought his songs a raw immediacy and a special balance of compassion and experimentation with the intent of making a more consistent statement.

Great Travel Case — Sturdy, Snug Fit & Pencil Holder is a Lifesaver
I’m really impressed with this iPad case. It’s made from high-quality materials and fits my iPad snugly without feeling bulky. It slides easily into my backpack, which is great for everyday use and travel.
I recently used it on a flight and was pleasantly surprised — it actually hooked over the back of the airline seat, making it easy to watch movies hands-free. When I needed to work, the case stood up perfectly on my tray table too, with solid angles for typing and watching videos.
The built-in pencil holder is a HUGE plus. My daughter constantly misplaces her stylus, and this keeps everything together and easy to find.

I prefer leather cases to hard plastic. The look and feel of the case is good and I believe it provides excellent protection when shut and secured with the cover strap. The elastic hand grip is another nice feature. I like it enough to recommend.
