Lindsay Murray's indie-pop solo project Gretchen's Wheel returns with her fourth full-length release, Black Box Theory, a 10-song collection that blends Murray's clear voice with her aggressive, energetic power-pop guitar attack. Murray's songwriting draws upon classic pop and rock sounds without ever becoming an exercise in retro. Black Box Theory continues the confident study in contrasts that has endeared Gretchen's Wheel to audiences. Razor-edged guitars drive the album's opening salvo, "Untethered," as sweetly sung vocal harmonies float above. A bouncy rhythm underscores the melancholic sentiments of "The Maze." The contemplative, album-closing "A Tourist" culminates with slow-burn distorted guitars. Fun while they lasted

I ordered two. One for each pup. Both my puppies loved this toy. The first one lasted less than a day with my pup who loves to do the death shake on everything. The second lasted two days with the other as she chews in the same spot. They loved the crinkle noise. However, I'm taking one star away due to not lasting long. Everything else was fine and they enjoyed them while they lasted. Note that most toys do not last long with my pups.

Puppy Loves this toy

My puppy is a 7wk old Great Pyrenees & Lab mix. He loves this toy! Fun for tug of war and for cuddles. Definitely worth the money. It is durable enough for razor puppy teeth.

The pooch is on Cloud No 9

Lucky loves everything about this (blue) octopus. It has squeakers in all the right places and the crinkle sound adds to his fun. He’s almost 70lbs and extremely strong, and can be an aggressive player and chewer. So far, it has held up extremely well for the tug-of-war games and crazy shaking play. It’s well worth the money. I also want to mention that this toy is true to size. I have too often ordered dog toys that turned out to be much smaller than advertised.
