Plant Care
Light: Bright indirect light is ideal. It can handle a bit of morning sun but keep it out of harsh midday rays. Too little light = leggy growth.
Watering: Let the top 2–3 cm of soil dry out between waterings. Keep it lightly moist, not soggy. Use filtered or rainwater if possible to avoid browning tips.
Temperature: Thrives in 18–26°C. Doesn’t like cold or sudden temperature drops—keep it above 15°C and away from draughts.
Potting: Our Airy Aroid mix is perfect—chunky, well-draining, and moisture-balanced to keep those roots happy.
Hot tips: Easier than most alocasias and known in some cultures as a symbol of protection and good fortune. Can go semi-dormant in winter—just reduce watering and wait for spring to wake it back up.
