The TurboChef HhC 2020 is a high-speed conveyor oven that cooks raw dough pizza in only 2 minutes 45 seconds up to 46 x 12” pizzas per hour and operates 40-50% faster than traditional conveyors.
With a compact 20-inch design and the ability to operate without a ventilation hood, it offers exceptional throughput and flexibility for busy kitchens.
Features like an optional split belt and stackable design make the HhC 2020 ideal for maximising efficiency and versatility in commercial cooking.
