ATGBICS Juniper® compatible 740-038152-AOC 40GBase QSFP+ to 4 SFP+ Active Optical Cable operates over Active Fibre using a wavelength of 850nm over MMF with a cable length of 1m. This product operates within a commercial temperature range. It is suitable for short reach connection between 40G QSFP+ and 10G SFP+ enabled host adapters, switches, and servers in 40G interconnecting networking applications and provides a cost-efficient way to connect hardware within close proximity racks. This breakout cable connects to 1 x 40G QSFP+ port on one end and to 4 x 10G SFP+ ports on the other end.

Runs extremely small, but does look like a nice shoe. I ordered 11W for my grandson. The image shows a different brand size 10 red shoe. As you can see the red one is bigger and wider than the new one ordered.
