Its lightweight composition allows for effortless handling, and it can be easily sanded for a quick and seamless finish. With minimal shrinkage and an exceptional bond, this compound is ideal for drywall lamination and repairing plaster surfaces. It weighs up to 25% less than standard joint compounds and sands as easily as a ready-mixed, all purpose compound. For optimal results, pair with USG Sheetrock paper or fiberglass mesh joint tape. Suitable for use on interior gypsum panels and exterior gypsum ceilings, it can cover an area of approximately 340 sq. ft. per bag. Meets ASTM C 475 standards for check-crack resistance in heavy fills.Features
