Level up your home espresso making with this hand turned Chestnut, ridged tamper. Once you have ground your coffee this tool allows you to easily and consistently tamp your coffee grounds perfectly preparing for extraction. This improves the coffee puck, reducing the chances of channelling and allowing more even dose of water and better flavour and consistency from your espresso shots.

This tool has a collar and is spring loaded, so that the outer collar sits flush with the portafilter meaning tamping is always level, and the ridges allow better distribution of the hot water during extraction.

Orders will be shipped with tracking. 

This item can be taken apart for easy cleaning. Best to wipe the wood with only a damp cloth (do not soak), allow to dry naturally. Stainless steel parts can be washed more thoroughly should you need.
