VACUUM FILTRATION KIT:
The kit is vital to perform physical separations in any lab. The kit comes with:
- Filtration Flask: Flask Filter with Glass Connector, are made from a heavy wall which can withstand high vacuum. Comes without graduation and is printed in white colour enamel. Suitable for filtration when used in conjunction with a Buchner Filter Funnel or similar.
- Buchner Funnel: These Porcelain Buchner funnels are essential in all labs for filtration purposes. These Buchners are resistant to acid & alkali and to speed up the filtration process, these funnels can be used with a filtering flask so that vacuum suction can be applied.
- Automatic Mini Vacuum Pump: This is value for money, the plastic mini vacuum pump comes with two tubes and is perfect for the lab. It is widely used in laboratories with vacuum filtration apparatus such as filtering flasks, Buchner funnels, etc.
- Laboratory Filter Papers, Pack of 100: These grade 1 filter papers offer medium retention for qualitative analysis and general lab use. This High quality and lint-free filter papers come in a pack of 100. They are used to separate fine substances from liquids or air. It is used in science laboratories to remove solids from the liquids (clarifying liquids).
