Cam cleat arm in stainless steel and the cleat itself is size 38 with a top-guide.
The block is designed with lightweight Delrin ball bearings and a switch on each side to select ratchet function or a free spinning sheave.
When the ratchet is activated it locks the sheave in one direction and allows the sailor to relax a bit without cleating the line.
