Crafted with a soft-touch fabric for all-day comfort, the AWRA Swim Shorts are built for movement in and out of the water. The subtle, slimline waistband provides a more relaxed feel compared to our standard fit, while the 3D rubber-textured logo adds a premium finish. A slightly raised crotch enhances overall fit and feel, particularly during water activity.

Due to popular demand, this restock includes a slightly shorter length option. This version features a more relaxed waistband compared to our standard fit and sits shorter in length.

Please note: the waistband height on this version is approximately 7cm (compared to our usual 10cm). While it still covers the navel for most, the fit may sit slightly lower depending on your build. Full length measurements can be found in the size guide.

These techniques are grouped by where and when you may encounter EI people to use the book as a reference guide. If you are close to someone who exhibits EI behaviors, you can flip to that section. If you work with EI people, there's a section for coworkers. This book focuses on how you nurture yourself and your identity once you've worked on healing from childhood trauma. Gibson does a superb job of sharing direct context about EI people. She pulls no punches about EI people's damage but gives space to encourage growth and break the multi-generational trauma.
