Release Date: May 25, 2018

With their fifth album, ‘Peace’, GRAVEYARD guides the listener through an ever-changing musical landscape filled with their trademark take on classic rock. From the opening track’s blistering declaration that It Ain’t Over Yet”to the final note of heart beating bass on the epic and moody rocker ‘Low (I Wouldn’t Mind)’ the band manage to squeeze out every last creative drop of what there is to know, hear and love about GRAVEYARD in 2018.

To anyone who has followed GRAVEYARD throughout their career it comes as no surprise that ‘Peace’ offers yet another passionate display from band that utilizes a wide variety of styles and moods. But, if you were to pin-point the one thing that really sets ‘Peace’ aside from the band’s previous albums, it would be that the production on ‘Peace’ is the band’s heaviest and most solid to date.

Following on from previous album ‘Innocence & Decadence’, you could be forgiven for assuming that GRAVEYARD would be taking a softer, more laid back approach to the songwriting for the follow-up. However, with ‘Peace’, GRAVEYARD have gone back to their roots, whilst also evolving and finding creative outlets to showcase the band’s softer side and influences. On ‘It Ain’t Over Yet’ and ‘The Fox’, we hearJoakim Nilsson sing his heart out whilst TrulsMörcktakes the reigns offering soothing contrast on ‘See the Day’ and the anthemic Neil Young-esque ‘Bird of Paradise’. Throughout the album, GRAVEYARD continue to show their heavier side with hard-hitters ‘Please Don’t’, ‘Cold Love’ and ‘A Sign Of Peace’. The band offer a refreshing blend of Black Sabbath and The Stooges on ‘Walk On’,concluding with the epic jam of ‘Low (I Wouldn’t Mind)’.All of these elements combined create a record that showcases the experimental and heavier side of GRAVEYARD without forsaking the true essence of the band.

This revitalized sound is, in part, due to the introduction of new drummer Oskar Bergenheim, who joins GRAVEYARD following the band’s brief hiatus and departure of drummer Axel Sjöberg. What ‘bout ‘Peace’? The album title could actually be considered to be the band’s first positive album title to date. For the cover art, the band called upon designer Ulf Lundén to create something that combined his and the band’s thoughts and views on the world around them. For ‘peace’ is not just any word – what you can say is, that no matter if you’re looking at the word ‘peace’ from the context of the current state of the world, the current state of the individual mind or the current state of a rock band – there should be no doubt that there sure is room and need for the use of PEACE in 2018.

Great Digital Scale!!
Color: Black&Silver
The Maestri House S2 scale has been clutch for dialing in my espresso shots. Memphis heat or not, this thing stays accurate and steady. The timer starts up quick, the readings are fast, and the compact size fits perfectly under my Breville without feeling cramped. It’s built solid, charges by USB‑C, and the precision really shows when you’re trying to get that perfect pull.

Has fit perfectly into my morning espresso
Color: Black&Silver
This seems to me to be an excellent small kitchen scale. I am new to the complexities of espresso making and have begun using this scale every morning to measure my dose and output. It is working just fine. Easy to operate, keep clean and store. I did not give it 5 stars because I have limited comparisons but I don’t expect and will not bother looking for anything better.

Perfectly fits what I needed for my espresso habit!
Color: Black&Silver
This Maestri House mini coffee scale is a great little tool for espresso and pour-over. The size is compact enough to fit under a portafilter or cup, and the 0.1g accuracy makes dialing in coffee much easier. I like the built-in timer, rechargeable USB-C battery, and clean black-and-silver look. It feels precise, practical, and easy to keep near the espresso machine. Great value for anyone who wants more consistent coffee.

Maestro House Mini Coffee Scale
I have begun to drink tea, pu’erh tea to be specific. I have several varieties and I have had a problem with getting consistent results. The varieties can be very different in size depending on when the leaves are harvested (leaves harvested in spring are much smaller). So the easiest way to get consistent results is by weight. This scale is very easy to use with a ceramic tea scoop, set the tea scoop on the scale, zero it out and add tea leaves. This has made my results much better, without the wild swings in strength I had been getting before trying to eyeball even measures. This scale gives me accurate measurements to one tenth of a gram.

Mostly great, except one little annoyance
Color: Black&Silver, Color: Black&Silver
Pros- lightweight, small, very accurate, easy to clean, timer included. Cons- I use this to brew espresso on my Breville Touch and to get an accurate reading, you have to place something flat (structured) under the scale. Otherwise the reading just jumps all over the place. I know lot of espresso machines have the same base, so this might be an issue for some! This is my reason for 4/5 stars. It’s an easy fix, it’s just kind of annoying. Value for the price seems to be on point. It’s easy to clean. It has a timer as well as scale (nice for espresso). Buttons work the first time you push them. That’s it that’s all
