These packages were created so you can complete your bathroom with the transformation you always dreamed of. You can surround yourself with the luxurious look of natural stone, Sistine Stone is a proprietary solid surface material that is easy to install and easier to clean and enjoy. The shower packages come in a few pieces so that installation is quick and easy, saving you both time and money. The showers feature 24 in. x 12 in. wall tile panels and mosaic glass tile accented liner and floor. Showers are 80 in. tall and come with a shaving step and soap dish to match. The Basic package comes with the shower pan and the wall panels. The Grand and Luxe packages come with the glass surround that features heavy-duty tempered glass for safety and durability. The Luxe package also comes with an Exposed Thermostatic Faucet which will complete your shower for a truly luxurious experience. This is the Corner 42 in. x 48 in. Grand Hinged shower package with Wet Cement walls, Newport Mosaic Accents, Left Threshold and Black Pipe metal finish for the hardware. Works great, might have to use distilled water if you have hard water
So far it's great!
It uses a LOT of water on the first clean (and maybe also because of using the 'Freo' ai mode) you can use tap water, but in areas with hard water, you might need to go through a lot of distilled water.
I think on future cleaning jobs it's supposed to use less water though. And you can adjust the cleaning level to a lower setting so that it doesn't use as much.
The app takes a little while to get used to, because there are many options and menus. But still very nice to have and use.
The vacuum has a dust bin with a very basic filter (needs replaced every 30 days if used), but if you want more of 'Hepa' clean air, you would have to use another type of vacuum before mopping.
It also doesn't get close to the edges of some areas for some reason, even thought it could fit.
Still, for what it is, it's a great product that will cut down on a lot of mopping time.

Worth every penny. Highly recommend!
To say I love my Narwal robotic mop and vacuum is an understatement—total game changer. I can’t imagine going back to any other robotic vacuum.
I have two dogs, including a Jack Russell who sheds like Pig-Pen from Peanuts—basically a walking cloud of hair—and this thing handles it effortlessly.
The vacuum + mopping combo is amazing, and it’s so easy to use and maintain. It truly does all the dirty work for me.
I did have a small hiccup about two months in, but Narwal support helped me reset it quickly and it’s been perfect ever since (I definitely panicked for a minute 😅).
Worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Unreliable. Doesn't work.
Has been every unreliable. Misses lots of spots with horrible mapping. Doesn't go some places for some reason. We moved the furniture, tried remapping but nothing works. Randomly goes in circles in the same spot at times. Updated firmware, spoke to support etc. When using vacuum and Mop option, it skips carpets and doesn't go back to do them afterwards. The whole programming is unreliable. Don't BUY. Can't return it past the warranty/return period.

LOVE ❤️
I’ve only had this for a few days but I am in LOVE with it and maybe a little obsessed.
Even my husband commented on how clean our floors were after the first use. The mapping feature works very well; better than my previous robo vac. I love that it takes the everyday maintenance out of the equation by cleaning/drying the mop heads itself.
I wish the instruction manual had more info in it, as well as what some of the features on the app entail, but I’m sure google can provide that info.

If it doesn't connect to Wi-Fi do a hard reboot and start download again.
I have had this for 2 days. I could not connect this to my WiFi. I wanted to do a hard reboot but the small pamphlet doesn't explain how, the pamphlet is basically useless. I looked on line and performed it then set it back up. It now works really well as a vacuum. I haven't tried the floor washing yet but the vacuum portion is really very good cleans better than my other older two well known vacuums combined. The other two older robot vacuums I never needed to program to have them vacuum but this one you need too. It won't work without it. It wasn't had to program either.
