2017 three CD set. Back in May/June 1986, the New Musical Express released their mail-order cassette, C86. Aside from a few 'name' indie bands (The Pastels, Primal Scream, the Wedding Present), most acts were relatively unknown beyond the back pages and gig listings of the weekly music press. Nevertheless, C86 slowly sold an estimated 40,000 copies, and would come to embody a whole musical style and era. In 2014, Cherry Red reissued C86 as a deluxe expanded edition, adding 50 bonus tracks to the original 22. The box set was curated by original compiler Neil Taylor and had the endorsement of the NME. And once again, the package was extremely well-received and sold handsomely. To expand on the huge success of C86, here is the natural sequel: C87! Imagine if the NME had reconvened a year on from their original compilation? Well, that's the inspiration for another 70+ tracks, ranging from well-known Indie names to obscurities making their debut on CD. None of the selections on C87 have been available on any of Cherry Red's recent compilations (e. g. Scared To Get Happy). All tracks were recorded and/or released in the year or so following C86 (i. e. summer 1986 to the end of 1987). The original C86 cassette also boasted a clutch of recordings of a more angular, abrasive nature from the Ron Johnson stable. These more 'difficult' bands are congregated early on Disc 3. Tracks new to CD include those by The Bachelor Pad, The Heart Throbs, Rote Kapelle, The Raw Herbs, the Great Leap Forward, The Submarines and Hangman's Beautiful Daughters.

Plug & Play - Stable Fast Network
Size: 3 Pack, Style: Wi-Fi 7 BE5000, Size: 3 Pack, Style: Wi-Fi 7 BE5000
I replaced a previous version of these Deco mesh routers (X55)- installed my previous ones at my in laws and upgraded myself with these. It was truly plug-and-play, and I have all of them wired backhaul. The only couple things that surprised me was the size. They are much larger than they appear in the pictures. The other is the LED control. I like the previous version you cannot individually control the LEDs for these so it’s all or nothing. I upgraded the unmanaged switch at my patch panel that wires the house with 2.5gb, making sure that the backhaul on these was as possible.
By this point I’ve had them for about six months and I’ve had zero downtime. My wife and I are both professionals. I work from home and have never once had a disruption so the reliability has been perfect. All my devices were able to connect without issue and I have about 78 total wireless devices across my 4000 square-foot house.
Even my devices that control sprinkler systems in my yard connect great. Until I get about 100 yards from my house (way in the backyard).
Meaning the compatibility and range are top-notch.
My Internet speed is only 1 gb at the moment, but I wanted something more future proof since my ISP has up to 10 available.
I definitely recommend this product and actually all of the deco mesh systems.

Finally Fixed the Dead Zones in My House
Size: 3 Pack, Style: Wi-Fi 7 BE5000
I bought this after getting tired of dealing with weak Wi-Fi in certain parts of the house, and the difference was noticeable almost immediately. Setup was much easier than I expected and only took a few minutes. Before installing it, video calls would freeze, pages would take forever to load, and some devices would randomly disconnect when moving farther from the router. Since adding this mesh extender, the connection has been much more consistent and I’m getting coverage in areas that barely had a signal before. I also like that devices seem to switch between the router and extender smoothly without me having to think about it. If you're struggling with dead spots or unreliable Wi-Fi, this has been a worthwhile upgrade.

Very outdoor. Outstanding outdoor Wi-Fi — perfect companion for Starlink (even in winter!
Size: 1 Pack Outdoor, Style: Wi-Fi 7 BE5000, Size: 1 Pack Outdoor, Style: Wi-Fi 7 BE5000
I’m using this as the main router at an off-grid cabin, connected directly to a Starlink Mini, and it has been phenomenal. The coverage and stability are far better than the built-in Starlink Wi-Fi router, especially outdoors and around multiple buildings.
This unit serves as the primary node in my network, with a few Deco M5 units extending the mesh, and the handoff between them is seamless. I’m getting reliable coverage over roughly 3 acres, including around the cabin, outbuildings, and yard — something the Starlink router couldn’t come close
It’s mounted outdoors and has gone through freezing winter conditions with snow, ice, and icicles forming around it — zero issues so far. Performance hasn’t dropped, and it’s stayed rock solid.
Setup was straightforward, management through the app is easy, and once it’s running you basically forget about it — which is exactly what i want.
If you’re running Starlink at a rural property, cabin, farm, or large yard, this is an excellent upgrade and easily worth it. Strong signal, wide coverage, and dependable even in harsh conditions.
Highly recommended..!.

Great signal throughout the house and beyond
Size: 3 Pack, Style: Wi-Fi 7 BE5000
Got this set of 3 to replace the single rental EERO that the service provider put in when my mom got fiber. My biggest issue with the EERO was that the service provider set it up, meaning I had no way to control the device. Specifically, my mom is old and apt to click on scam ads or to call the number when a scam popup freezes her keyboard (thanks a lot, Zuckerberg). The only layer of protection I can give her is an adblock DNS, and to do so I need control. Also, I could not get her living room TV to connect to WiFi and signal was starting to drop off a bit in rooms farthest from that single device.
At the time of purchase, this was the most economical 3 mesh device WiFi 7 system from a well established brand. The devices are a bit bulky, but are not eye sores and seem to be very well made. The available wall mount brackets for this style router appear to be more secure than the ones for the cylindrical models, and they won't look as goofy hanging on the wall which is another plus. Mounting brackets are sold separately.
Her TV still does not connect to WiFi, so placed one of these near the TV and connected it via ethernet cable. The third is in one of the rooms farthest from the main base. The range is quite acceptable, with my phone getting full signal strength in the yard @ >50' from the house in some places.
During setup, was given the option to set up MLO WiFi, aka Multi-Link Operation, which creates a second WiFi network that may provide higher throughput than the basic WiFi connection. It is not compatible with all devices, so likely best practice to connect lower need or 'potato quality' devices to the lower throughput base network (phones, TVs, tablets, guests, etc.). The fiber speed is around 300mbps. After extensive Speed Test usage to the point that they stopped allowing me to run Speed Test, both the Base WiFi and MLO WiFi performed similarly with possibly 10-20mbps higher average via MLO. My guess is that MLO may only be truly useful for gigabit connections.
Going straight WiFi with these things doesn't add any significant latency or noticeable drop in throughput in my situation, but could be a concern in larger homes and/or when more walls/junk/metal is between mesh devices. Each of these has 2 ethernet ports, and hardwiring them together with ethernet cable will provide the strongest/fastest connection between mesh devices. The theoretical maximum reliable length is 328' (100 meters) for ethernet cable, so quality Cat6 cable could really put some distance between the main base and the 3rd mesh station (possibly with some WiFi dead spots in between). This is not unique to this system, as most mesh devices have 2 or more ethernet ports.
