Essential Enemies 2: The Outer Darkness is a third party monster manual for use with Old-School Essentials and other old school fantasy role-playing games.

This zine contains the following monsters:

* Ammazriel: If his ten gemstone eyes can be assembled, the giant Keeper of the Maze will manifest on Earth and begin building the maze to trap the souls of humanity.

* The Black Lodge: A secret cult of demoniacs, bent on raising Hell.

* Gremlin Ghouls: The people of the Umber Isles are beset by invasive ghosts that burst forth from their bodies to attack the living.

* The Haunted Chair: Possessed by demonic forces, this chair has a thirst for human blood.

* Kobolds from Saturn: Crustacean farmers who live in the dimly shadowed dreamlands of a distant planet.

* Ladrozz: The vile gnome dwells in his dimension of darkness, constantly seeking a way to end his own imprisonment.

* The Purple Clouds: Gaseous guardians of ancient treasures, with psychic knives hidden within their vapours.

* The Rhinocorns: Bizarre homunculoids searching for the secrets of their origins in the ghosts of the ancient rhinocorns.

* The Serpent Egg: When this clay pot shaped like a pair of serpents is smashed, these creatures become real. But their bite is infectious, causing victims to become twisted, undead creatures.

* The Twisted Man: When a spirit from the Coriole Vortex possesses a human body, its flesh is warped and twisted beyond all recognition. But this is not even the end, for the spirit seeks to sate its appetites for material sensation.

* The Virhemoth: An ancient demon from an age that no longer even exists, feeding her milk to cultists so addicted they can no longer refuse her anything.

* Void Sharks: Soul-eating vampires that swim through the air and only grow faces once they come to this world. Where once they were summoned by wizards to serve as attack dogs, now they visit of their own accord.

* Zyvoth: A city drowned in darkness, where octohedrone guardians cannot stop the invasive population blooms of darkfish and sableworms.

All monsters in this zine were taken from the Monthly Monsters patreon project.

Lies
Update! They are cracking and falling apart already with barely being used and careful care. Complete waste of money. Original review: These are horrible, as far as the smell and not being properly sanded. They aren't pre-oiled like they claimed either. Not worth what you pay for them.

Sturdy cutting boards!
These cutting boards work great and are sturdy. They lose color quickly but re oiling them will help that. Good product.

Great quality for the Price
Surprisingly decent for the price! The wood is actually pretty and high quality, but the manufacturing isn't great. The set a received is quite rough and my wife continues to think she will get a splinter. They also are oiled but they are quite dry still and also smell heavily of the mineral oil they use.

Beautiful but terrible quality.
While I absolutely loved the idea of cutting boards with a stand, these were not the right choice. The wood is exceptionally soft and after the first use the gouges from my knife were pretty deep. After I washed the cutting board from cutting veggies, it started to splinter. Maybe I just got a defective set but I definitely do not recommend this set. Will be returning and getting a different brand/board.

A unique treatise
Format: Paperback
I've read part way through this book at this point, reading it together with a friend. It provides plenty material for discussion. It seems to me to be aimed at a seminary audience, as there are some theological and Greek grammatical terms used, but not fully explained. It's not quick reading, but it makes up for that in the unique content. The content is to take a dozen key passages whose interpretation has varied over the last couple thousand years, and show exactly how these interpretations have varied. The title of the book, "...in Full Circle" refers to the idea that some contemporary interpretations have more in common with the most ancient church fathers than they do with their immediate predecessors over the last four or five hundred years. All in all, it's a fascinating way of looking at scripture - through the eyes of influential authors over the course of almost twenty centuries.
