EASYWALK HEADCOLLAR LARGE
* NO PULL - Keeping owners in Control, the Easy Walk Headcollar redirects your Dog's forward motion, gently guiding them back to your side, preventing pulling * ADJUSTABLE FIT - The Easy Walk Headcollar is easy to adjust, helping you to get the ideal fit for your Dog * NO CHOKING - Helping to stop Pulling, Lunging and Jumping, the Easy Walk Headcollar gently applies pressure to the back of the head, preventing any choking or irritation to the neck * COMFORTABLE - The Easy Walk Headcollar is made from strong yet soft nylon, ensuring that both owners and pets are comfortable on their walks. * WARRANTY - The PetSafe Easy Walk Head Collar includes a two year manufacturer's warranty Train your dog. Enjoy your walk. The Easy Walk Headcollar is a comfortable and stylish solution to help dog owners with pulling, lunging and jumping. When the dog’s nose is ‘steered’, the body follows, eliminating any chance of the owner being pulled down the street by their dog. Evolved from a simple nose loop, the soft nylon construction of the headcollar is supplied with a complimentary colour lead. How it works - the opposition reflex Unlike other Headcollars, the Easy Walk Headcollar is free from complicated straps which can cover the dogs face and get very close to eyes. These collar types work by ‘squeezing’ the dog’s face as the attached lead is pulled. The Easy Walk Headcollar fits high up on the dog’s head and uses pressure on the back of the dog’s head to actually relax the dog and stop him pulling. It is the dog’s instinct for him to push back against the pressure which prevents him from pulling. Some Headcollars can not be adjusted. Others have a series of clips to adjust. The Easy Walk Head collar has fully adjustable straps to ensure the most comfortable and custom fit. All dogs have a natural opposition reflex - if you push against them, they push back. If you pull them back, they pull away. So any collar that puts pressure at the front of the throat, actually works against the owner by increasing the dog's instinct to pull forward away from the owner. The Easy Walk Headcollar is designed to apply 80 per cent the dogs pulling force through the neck strap to apply pressure the back of the dog’s neck. This activates the dog’s opposition reflex which is the natural instinct of dogs to push against pressure rather than move away from it. Every time the dog pulls the force on the back of its neck encourages it to instinctively lean back against the pressure - rather than moving away from it – thus reducing the pulling. * Immediate, gentle control. * Stops pulling, lunging and jumping. * Can help control other unwanted behaviours general aggression, dog-on-dog aggressive behaviour, anxiety issues and a wide range of compulsive disorders. * Fully and independently adjustable neck strap and nose loop for a custom fit. * Immediate results – most dogs acclimate within minutes and respond very quickly. * Neck strap applies pressure to the back of the dog’s neck. * Soft, supple nylon construction. * Never causes coughing, gagging or choking. * Can be worn up to 18 hours a day. The right solution for a well-behaved dog This alternative training solution uses a simple loop which fits neatly around your dog’s nose. The design applies gentle pressure to the back of your dog’s neck rather than the front of the throat like conventional collars restraining it from pulling and preventing unwanted behaviour. Simple and easy to fit, it’s made from soft nylon and is lined with a felt pad for comfort. The Easy Walk Headcollar is suitable for most dog breeds.

Excellent Reading for Real Estate Investors
This book is worth it's weight in gold! I've liked all of Kiyosaki's books and courses but this one really stands out.
Mr. Kiyosaki has brought together some brilliant minds and what they wrote is easy to understand and makes absolute sense.
As an investor specializing in lease options, I tried to do it all on my own and got 4 contracts but then they were not with motivated sellers.
While reading this book, it became very clear to me the importance of having a team of people to help you out. My biggest take away is "Investing is a team sport." Yes, I know that's a 'no-brainer' but now I truly realize what he and the others who contributed are trying to say in this volume.
Lately, I've switched over to specializing in tax deeds and liens and the chapter on lien investing by Mr. Wheelright is very good - he makes it very simple and easy to understand.
I highly recommend this book. It is in the top 3 books on real estate investing that I've ever read, and I'm a book and seminar junkie. Get this book today!!

The Real Estate Book I Always Wanted
It is quite thick book but gets to the heart of the matter of real estate. Basically, it's about the challenges/successes of other real estate investors; how they recovered from their mistakes/failures and, are at the top of their game. I wanted to have this book in my investing library since I run my own real estate investment company. I'm nowhere near through reading it and am reading other real estate books simultaneously. The training is always ongoing b/c sometimes things change within this industry that may or may not affect how we do business. My husband and I were trained via Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Investor Program in late 2011. Since we can't work this business by ourselves, I assembled and hired a team of professionals (in 2 states) to work with since real estate investing is primarily a relationship business. You realize a higher rate of success using this book as a reference guide, learning from the mistakes of others in helping to achieve your goals.

I really appreciate the expertese
I gave this book a 5/5 due to the accumulated experience of the individuals within this compilation. Real Estate has many facets and this book, although not all encompassing for that would be nearly impossible, it does help make the "picture" more clear-that picture being where one ought to apply their efforts in becoming a great real estate practitioner. Very informative book, but just as any book, it takes work on the readers part to bring success to fruition.

Awesome Resource Book!
Format: Paperback
My daughter and I are about to embark her college applications. For the past 3 years I have tried to get my hands on a book that had everything I need in it in one place. My shelf is lined with college essay books and how-to-get-in books, but even though I could get snippets of info from these books, I grew frustrated that there wasn't one with all the info I was needing to do this application process confidently. Then I found this book. It could easily replace all the other books on my shelf!
It starts off with info for 9th and 10th graders and getting organized for the next 4 years, but even if your child is already a senior like mine, its not too late to get this book. For those embarking on their high school trek, or those starting their apps, the information on taking APs, Honors and IB classes will either guide you through the next 4 years, or make you feel confident about the choices you've (hopefully) made thus far. You'll learn about extracurrics and what schools are looking for and how to prepare for the SAT/ACT and what to do if you already choked on them.
The book then guides you through choosing the right college for you through rankings, costs and college visits. By page 171, it is time to jump into the water with both feet and start the process of actually applying. It guides you step by step. It would be difficult to miss anything with this book as your guide.
I suppose one thing I like about this book is that it is written by the former Dean of Admissions at Stanford. This woman knows her stuff. The co-author is a journalist and mom who has been where you are right now. She gets that this whole thing is nerve-wracking and overwhelming. The book is filled with insight from admission reps all over the country from a variety of schools. Every chapter has input from reps that really tell you what it is they are looking for, what they like, what they don't like, and who appeals to them the most. I've had my book 2 weeks and it is already dog-eared and well broken in. It has given me a lot of comfort on those nights I begin to wonder if my kid even has a shot at any of the schools to which she is applying, and the answer is yes, she really does.
This book is worth every penny!

Parent of 2 College Bound Sons - and This Book REALLY HELPS !!
Format: Paperback
This new text came highly recommended by our school guidance counselor - i think in part because she knows the authors and was a participant in its writing - but she was clear that she has no monetary gain involved in sales...They have also come to our school and spoken on the topics addressed here in this EXCELLENT BOOK.
The whole process of getting our kids ready for college has become such a BIG DEAL and such a COMPETITIVE effort that is foreign from my days of applying myself (circa 1978) that where to start and where to go for useful and helpful advice is a real chore. As a parent knowing what is "the truth" and what is "nonsense" advice is not always easy to discern these days. There are a lot of folks out there with "helpful hints" and supposed means to "rig the game" but logically that doesn't inherently make sense and in reality is probably rarely even true.
Unfortunately there are also a fair number of books out there selling that same message and I suspect it is how and why the college admissions process has become so seemingly insane.
This book works on a number of levels - for parents it can get you to return to the world of "common sense" and get you to stop worrying and start supporting your kids a little more and in a better and more constructive way - as they find a place to go to college. For the college bound Jr or Senior the book can help them navigate the process and begin to take a level of ownership and mastery that they may not naturally gravitate to.
All in all we have found the advice and the writing style of this EXCELLENT GUIDEBOOK warm, logical, upbeat and with a strong message of there being a college for everyone - and that being true to yourself and not trying to be what you aren't will serve you better in the long run - both in and out of college. Hard advice to not agree with.
A welcomed volume on the shelf and a book we are definitely using this year and next. Now if we can just get both of the boys OUT OF THE HOUSE !!!
Seriously,....worth the cost and worth the read.
