A turnkey buffet venting solution with built-in fire suppression, recirculating filtration, and included drop-in ranges for a cleaner, safer installation.
- Custom V-Class downdraft vent system designed for buffet-style foodservice applications.
- Integrated ANSUL R-102 fire suppression system is built in.
- Recirculating downdraft design includes 2 grease filters and 2 carbon/particulate filters.
- Includes an 18-inch tall tempered curved breathguard for guest-facing protection.
- Supplied with 2 Mirage Drop-In Ranges, stainless kickplates, 5-inch casters, and adjustable legs.
- Made to order in the USA and certified to UL710B, UL197, UL-Sanitation, and NSF4.
