The assay plate has been pre coated with mouse anti Human IL 29 monoclonal antibody. When the sample containing IL 29 is added to the plate, it binds to the antibodies coated on the wells. This ELISA kit is designed to detect Human Interferon Lambda-1 (Human IFNL1). The assay plate has been pre-coated with mouse anti-Human IL-29 monoclonal antibody. When the sample containing IL- 29 is added to the plate, it binds to the antibodies coated on the wells. Then, a horseradish peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-Human IL-29 Antibody is added to the wells and binds to IL-29 in the sample. After washing the wells, substrate solutions are added, and the color intensity is directly proportional to the amount of Human IL-29 present. The reaction is stopped by adding an acidic stop solution, and the absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Pros: Soft. Durable. Fits. Cons: String durability. This silicone material is soft to the touch and feels great. It is very flexible as well and I expect it to last a long time. The design doesn’t interfere with the touchpad at all when trying to navigate and fast forward or fast reverse. There are top and bottom bumps with extra material that create this gap underneath. It’s such a minor detail but makes grabbing the remote so easy versus having it completely flat. There are cut outs for charging port, IR, Apple logo, and what I think is the microphone. It comes with a sling that gets attached to the cover. It’s an ok sling as over time it did fall apart for me. Granted we don’t really use the string much. You can hang it with the accessory it came with though. We just toss it around. Overall, this is a great case for your remote.
