The Human BCL2A1 (Bcl-2-related protein A1) ELISA Kit measures BCL2A1 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti BCL2A1 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with BCL2A1 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of BCL2A1 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

True copper battery cables that are high quality

I love having heavy duty cable on hand for my cars. It's so nice to be able to make your own starter and alternator cables when restoring cars. These cables are 100% copper, not CCA (copper clad aluminum) like many others are. Copper is far superior for conductivity and handling higher loads. The rubber on the cable is thick and yet very flexible..it's clearly marked and seems very durable. I like to use a hydraulic crimping tool and then add marine grade heat shrink tubing with the adhesive inside of it to keep it as weatherproof as possible.
