- Top opening holds twelve 1/6-size pans; furnished pans are 4 inches deep and the top accepts up to 6-inch deep pans.
- Includes one door, two pull-out drawers, and two shelves for organized refrigerated storage.
- 10-inch polyethylene cutting board provides a convenient front prep surface.
- Rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor.
