• Lactobacillus acidophilus (LA-14) 200 Million CFU
• Lactobacillus casei (LC-11) 400 Million CFU
• Lactobacillus gasseri (LG-36) 100 Million CFU
• Lactobacillus plantarum (LP-115) 1.7 Billion CFU
• Lactobacillus paracasei (LPC-37) 1 Billion CFU
• Lactobacillus rhamnosus (LR-32) 100 Million CFU
• Lactobacillus salivarius ssp salivarius (LS-33) 200 Million CFU

Directions: 

• Adults: Take 1 capsule daily.
• When travelling: Take 1 capsule daily. For best results begin 2-3 days prior to travelling.
• During antibiotic use: take 1 capsule daily at least 2 hours away from antibiotics or advised by your healthcare professional.

Cautions: 

• Drink plenty of water.
• Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea.
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding – seek advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product.
• Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than 48 hours in adults.
• Bioglan Platinum Probiotics are room temperature stable and so they can be kept out of the fridge. The level of live, friendly bacteria is guaranteed for the life of the product when stored as directed.
• Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. 
• Store below 25°C
