78" Type 196 level is a heavy-duty profile designed to fit in a standard 80" door opening. This allows a contractor to plumb down the jamb legs and eliminate bows in the door frame.
For the header level Stabila has added the redesigned 24-40" Type 80 T Extendable Level to the non-magnetic Jamber Set.
Every level is electronically adjusted, then accuracy inspected and certified.

78" Type 196 Heavy Duty Level
Features a double bridged center vial
Rib-reinforced frame for high strength and light weight. Frame will not warp or twist.
Rubberized hand grips for comfort and grip
Shock-absorbing removable endcaps: Prevent slipping on walls and marking walls. Endcaps can be removed to carry pencil lines tight into corners.
Large metal hang hole to store the level up and off of the work surface
Electrostatic enamel finish: baked on tough, cleans up with water and brush

Extend the length of the level - Just pull out to the length needed and lock it firmly into position
As you extend the level, the marking and cutting edge is continuous along entire length - measure and mark with no interruptions
The measuring surface is precision machined
There are printed scales on the level's topside for accurate layout and quick set ups
A manual lock system tightens the entire system up when you are in position. Click and go.
Red rubber feet on the backside of the level properly grip the wall you are working against. The level will not slip or leave scratches.
High-quality extension mechanism delivers precision - in normal position: closed, your accuracy tolerance will not exceed 1/32in over 72 inches
