Klim used Gore-Tex 3 Layer Pro Shell Armacore as the framework for the pants, Armacore technology inserts Kevlar in between nylon weaves to increase textile strength and abrasion resistance. The Adventure Rally pant puts emphasis on safety by D3O Xergo armor inserts; the newest T6 Xergo padding has the advantage of maintaining its protective integrity in colder conditions than its T5 counterpart. The Adventure Rally pants provide maximum comfort by allowing body moisture to escape while keeping external elements from getting in.
