Bar-Vac 7 is a vaccine designed for the vaccination of healthy and susceptible cattle and sheep, providing protection against diseases caused by various Clostridium bacteria. The vaccine covers Cl. chauvoei, septicum, novyi, sordellii, and perfringens types C & D. It may also confer immunity against type B.

Administration:

  • Revaccination: Annual revaccination is advised to maintain immunity.

Withdrawal Period:

  • A 21-day withdrawal period is recommended before slaughter to ensure the safety of meat consumption.
