Alter your perspective, and fear can be transformed into something else. That’s exactly what Papa Roach did on album number eight, flipping fear on its head to create the inspiring acronym that gave the record its title - face everything and rise.

Produced by Kane Churko [Ozzy Osbourne, Five Finger Death Punch, In This Moment], 'F.E.A.R.' was also notable for featuring two significant – and very different – collaborations. While historically, Papa Roach hadn’t been ones for guest features, they flipped the script by bringing on board In This Moment frontwoman Maria Brink for the searing, confessional “Gravity” and rapper Royce Da 5’9 for fizzing electro-rock closer “Warriors”.

Upon release, 'F.E.A.R.' ushered in another surge in success for Papa Roach. Outselling their two previous albums, it landed at #15 on the Billboard 200 chart and #13 in the UK, marking their return to the latter territory’s Top 15 for the first time since 2002’s 'Lovehatetragedy'.

Now celebrating its 10th anniversary, 'F.E.A.R.' is fittingly getting its first vinyl pressing in territories outside the US with Earache Records. It accompanies the Earache's reissues of  2010's 'Time For Annihilation' and 2017's 'Crooked Teeth', which together affirm the band’s enduring strength that persisted as the 2000s turned into the 2010s. In the 2020s, they’ve remained steadfast, conquering UK arenas earlier this year with their Rise Of The Roach tour.

Elevates your wrist
Color: Right - Black, Size: Large, Color: Right - Black, Size: Large
This is a great tool. No wrist pain day 1. It elevates your wrist to level with the mouse so there’s no backward strain. Takes a little getting use to but well worth no pain.

It's hard af.
Color: Right - Grey, Size: Small, Color: Right - Grey, Size: Small
Edit: just realized Amazon sent me a left handed one! I got this one and the g2 or whatever with the strap. The g2 is great. This one is hard though. The edges of the rest thingy. And the edges in the middle where it splits are annoying. Idk if it's a difference in the rubber pads or what. Even if this works for wrist pain, it's not worth it for the palm discomfort.

Ergonomic and effective, but requires adjustment.
Color: Right - White, Size: Large
Bought this for improving wrist posture during long hours at the desk. What I like • The ergonomic design helps reduce wrist strain, especially during extended typing sessions. • The right-handed orientation is comfortable and natural to use. • High-quality build, feels sturdy and durable. What could be better • It takes some time to adjust to the unique design, especially if you’re used to traditional mice. • The size may not be suitable for people with smaller hands. • It could be a bit pricey compared to other ergonomic mice on the market. Bottom line: A great investment for improving wrist posture and reducing strain, but it might not be for everyone due to the learning curve and price. Perfect for users looking to enhance ergonomics, but consider alternatives if you have smaller hands or need a more budget-friendly option.

It’s painful. Not worth it.
Color: Right - Grey, Size: Small, Color: Right - Grey, Size: Small
I hate it. Period. Very strong feelings about it right out of the box. Gave it a few days, and not only do I still hate it but it’s very painful to use. The rubber material is hard and has pressure points that make you come away feeling like you’ve rested your wrist on the edge of a table for too long. I come away more sore using this than not. They only have small and large sizes, I think the small is too small for me? (I’m not sure. I can tell it doesn’t fit well, but I can’t tell if it’s because it’s too small or the shape isn’t right for my wrist). In any event, I am sure the large would be too large and even if they had a medium size I still wouldn’t repurchase this. Maybe if you’ve got some meat on your bones it would be more comfortable but as you can see, I am a very thin person and this is pressing on all the wrong places. I also feel like the center valley part contributes to carpal tunnel pain because the very firm edges of each side rested right in that area, not offering any support to the valley of the wrist, and therefore creating pressure to that nerve center and the ligaments. I don’t know why they chose this material, it’s too firm. Also, I think a better design would be a little tab from the center of it sticking out and then attaching to the bottom of the mouse so that both mouse and the wrist “support” worked as one unit when moving the mouse around. I often found that I didn’t drag the wrist piece with my mouse well and that it caused even more issues. If it were comfortable I would have made a little tab myself and connected the mouse and the wrist rest together, but as it’s extremely not even remotely comfortable I’m not bothering and I’ve already started the return process.
