Mix thoroughly until it becomes soft. Extrude the dough through a sevanazhi to an idiyappam steamer and cook until done.
- Pathiri: Boil 1cup(200ml) of water with 1/4 tsp of coconut oil and required salt in a vessel( preferably a nonstick pan). When it boils, add 1 cup(200g) of Double Horse rice flour little by little (sprinkle), simmer the flame, and stir it well. Switch off the flame and cover with a lid. After 1 minute put the warm mixture in a flat vessel and knead thoroughly until soft. Press the balls in pathiri press or roll it on the chapati rolling board. Cook it on low flame without oil and serve hot.
- Palappam: Boil 4 tsp of Rava with 3 cups(600ml) of water to make a thick paste and keep aside. Mix 2cups(400ml) of coconut milk, 1-1 1/2 cups(200-300ml) of water, 4tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1tsp yeast, and the prepared lukewarm paste to 500g of Double Horse Rice flour and mix it in a mixie for one minute. Keep aside until the dough rises (Fermentation period may vary according to the room temperature (25 0C) and prepare a delicious palappam.

Surprisingly good quality and cut.
Considering that this brand tends to be a bit hit-or-miss (mostly hit) I was apprehensive about the fit and sizing. These fit so well that I bought other colours and have no issue with the sleeve length (often cheaper brands have very short sleeves) nor with the length of the body of the shirt.
They look great, the fabric quality is excellent, and the colours are compatible with a broad range of pants (you can't go past black pants, black jacket/blazer, and any colour of this underneath).

Nice feel

Good fit, light weight, very comfortable

I've purchased several of these now and overall they seem like a decent buy for the price. They are very light weight and seem to retain their shape and avoid wrinkling when hung to dry after washing. Despite never seeing a clothes dryer however, the black variant still pilled up a bit after moderate use.
There seems to be some variation in sizing: all the black and olive colored ones seem pretty consistent but the gray run small and the blue just a bit large (all purchased in XL, me at 6'3 and 225#)

Great with a great price

First off. I am female 5’10”. I thought the extra large fit great. The material is very soft and light. I think they’re warm though. I just washed them for the first time yesterday with dryer. Air dry. I’d like to see after a couple washes and know how the dryer affects it.
