Convenient Way to Support Daily Fiber Goals
I picked up this psyllium husk supplement for the convenience of getting more fiber in my diet, without the hassle of mixing powder into water. These capsules make it easy to stay consistent, especially on busy mornings or at the office. I keep the bottle at work and take a few in the morning and again in the early afternoon to help meet my daily fiber goals.
For me, this is about overall health and staying on track with my nutrition. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the bottle itself is well-made—sturdy, with a secure seal to keep out moisture and light, which is great for preserving freshness.

Not too big and seems to work so far. Good value.
They seem to be working for me. I bought some of the powder and these pills in case the powder tasted bad but I kind of like both. If I have a protein drink in the morning I use the powder and if not I take 3 of these pills which is the daily dose but luckily they aren't huge like some of these supplements are. I think there are 300 in a bottle so 100 doses but some folks might get away with taking 1 or 2 instead of all 3 depending on your needs.
